“They were scheduled to be here for 45 minutes but stayed back for over an hour. Their genuine curiosity to learn about everything inspired me,” says Riyaaz Amlani, CEO at Impresario Entertainment and Hospitality, the brand that runs the Lower Parel-based restaurant.
“Since they arrived between breakfast and lunch, they didn’t eat from our menu, but did try a hand at making dosas,” says Amlani. The automatic dosa maker they tried this on was invented by Eshwar Vikas and was one of the highlights of this morning session with other young entrepreneurs like him.
